We also collect certain information automatically when you use our website, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard server logs and Firebase.

- To process and confirm appointment bookings

- To process rent and client payments through Stripe
- To communicate with prospective tenants regarding suite availability

Third-Party Services

Independent Stylists
The stylists who rent suites at Studio X are independent business owners, not employees of Studio X Salon Suites. When you book an appointment, you are entering into a service relationship with that individual stylist. Studio X facilitates the booking but is not a party to the service agreement between you and your stylist.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and satisfy legal obligations. Client appointment records are retained for a minimum of 3 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
